Members
Members of the District Council are representatives of district residents elected by way of common-equal-direct votes. Seocho District Council is made up of 15 such members.
Speaker·Deputy Speaker
The Chairman plays the central role of council operation by representing the district council and supervising the council’s office work, and the Vice Chairman fills the Chairman’s roles in case he has an accident.
Board & Committees
Since local administration requires complicated and specialized work, the Standing Committee consists of a few council members with professional knowledge in the field to operate and process agenda proficiently and in specialized ways.

The secretaiat in institution has a total of 25 employees working as office directors, and allows them to fully participate in the work, reflecting the opinions of Congress and the community.
