I am Ko Sun-Jae, Chairperson of the Seocho-gu Council.
The 16 council members, including myself, will create a council that is needed by citizens, trusted by citizens, and empowered by citizens.
We will be a council that adheres to basics and principles. As the representative body of citizens, we will listen carefully to citizens' voices and represent citizens' opinions. We will become a council citizens need through mutual communication and cooperation while checking and monitoring the executive branch.
We will create a council that respects and is trusted by citizens' will. We will conduct customized council activities that meet citizens' eye level per various citizen demands.
We will be a council that presents hope and vision. We will improve unreasonable practices, strengthen autonomous legislative activities for citizen safety and livelihood stability, and create a council that empowers citizens.
This place is always open to you, citizens. We expect it to be a place of communication created together with citizens, and we will do our best to make the Seocho-gu Council take a leap forward. Thank you.
