Hello, I'm Se Chul Oh, the chair of Seocho District Council.

The 9th Seocho District Council has finally embarked on its journey. I promise you that with 15 council members, I will make sure Seocho becomes a more just, fair, happier, liveable place.
The council will always stay close to its residents and carry out activities that comfort people and keep people’s hearts warm. The council will also repair ordinances that are closely related to people’s livelihood and make more effective policies.
More than anything, we will focus on supporting the people. We will try to solve the problems and inconveniences people are going through and work closely with the residents. Ultimately, we will try to become a reliable and competent council.
Lastly, we will adopt new ways of working to adapt to the new era. We will recognize a sense of vocation and our true role that matches people’s expectations.
